Brownies

Ingredients

  • 125g Coconut oil
  • 150g Melted chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 125g Coconut sugar
  • 20g Cocoa 
  • 60g Almond flour
  • 140g Chocolate chips

Method

  • Set oven temperature to 180ºC 
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix coconut oil and melted chocolate.
  • Next, mix in whisked eggs, followed by coconut sugar and cocoa.
  • Stir in almond flour, and then fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed. 
  • Divide the mixture evenly into a mini muffin tin and bake for 10 minutes
