A great dressing can transform more than just your salads—it can elevate roasted vegetables, grain bowls, proteins, or even serve as a quick marinade. These flavorful dressings come together in minutes and are perfect to prep in advance, so you always have a delicious boost ready in the fridge. Whether you're in the mood for something tangy, creamy, herby, or spicy, here are some of our go-to favorites that are anything but boring.

Pro tip: For the jar-based recipes, simply add all the ingredients to a glass jar, shake vigorously, and you’re good to go!

  • 2 cups of tamari
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 cup of semsame oil
  • 2 tbsp of ginger juice (or grated ginger)

Lemon Coconut Curry

  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 3/4 cup of coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Tahini Herb

(This one is best made in a blender but can be made without if you finely chop the herbs)

  • 1/4 cup of tahini
  • A handful of cilantro
  • A handful of parsley
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

If you are going to store this, don’t add the water - just add to liquify before serving)

Creamy Citrus Avocado

This one requires a blender. Add all ingredients and blend.
  • 1 avocado, peeled and de-stoned
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 60ml extra-virgin olive oil
