What's the Nutrition and Food Experience Like at the Retreat?

Food is medicine at Rē Precision Health, where our culinary experience is designed to complement the healing journey of your nervous system. Our anti-inflammatory nutrition approach is both therapeutic and delicious, supporting your body's natural healing processes.

We Can Accommodate:

  • Vegetarian diets
  • Pescatarian diets
  • Most food allergies and sensitivities
  • Low-FODMAP requirements
  • Additional restrictions as needed

Challenging Accommodations:

  • Strictly vegan diets (our gut healing protocol includes bone broth and gelatin)
  • Highly restrictive diets with multiple limitations

Please communicate dietary needs well in advance of your arrival so our chefs can prepare accordingly.

The Gut Healing Protocol

All programs include our three-phase gut healing protocol through supplementation and specific foods:

Phase 1: Remove

  • Antimicrobial herbs to address harmful bacteria and parasites
  • Anti-inflammatory foods to reduce gut irritation

Phase 2: Repair

  • L-glutamine and other nutrients to heal gut lining
  • Bone broths and gelatin-rich foods
  • Restore Ion to support cell signaling

Phase 3: Repopulate

  • Prebiotic foods like green plantain
  • Polyphenol-rich foods like pomegranate and berries
  • Probiotic foods and supplements

This protocol supports not just digestive health but also nervous system regulation through the gut-brain connection.
