Payment and Booking Policies

Booking Deadline

You may book a retreat until 6:00 PM the day before the retreat start date. You must immediately fill out all required information sent to you in the Welcome Email. This includes: 

  • Flight information
  • Food and dietary restrictions
  • Flight and transportation information

Cancellation Policy

All retreats are non-refundable and not transferable to different dates. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

If cancellation occurs:

  • With advance notice and the retreat is sold out: We can open your room for re-sale, and if someone purchases your spot, we will send you a refund minus a 5% admin fee.
  • Right before the retreat: No refunds are possible as we won't be able to fill your spot.

Date Changes

We can accommodate date changes if the request is made at least 6 weeks before the start date of the original retreat.
