Your Guide to Flights and Airport Pick-Up for the Rēset Retreat in Mexico
We strive to ensure your arrival at Rē is as smooth as possible. To facilitate this, we offer a complimentary scheduled airport shuttle on both arrival and departure days. If you are unable to coordinate flights with the shuttle times, we will help you organize private transportation at an additional cost.
Booking Flights
Once you have successfully reserved your retreat dates, it's time to book your flights. The nearest airport is Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). The travel time from PVR to our location is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Since each retreat type has a different activity schedule, please consult the tables below to find the information that will help you understand when to book your ideal flights.

Booking Transportation to and from PVR
Now that you have your flights booked, please provide us with those flight details so we can help coordinate your transportation by filling out this form:
If you are unable to take the airport shuttle or prefer private transportation, you can book here for $85.
If you arrive before the program start date, you can head to PVR airport for the shuttle on the arrival day.
Location
The retreat property is located at Casa Itzamara, Playa Patzcuaro, Sayulita, Nayarit, 63734.
If you decide to stay in Sayulita, you can take a taxi from town to Casa Itzamara - the taxis from town know the location of the property and how to arrive.
If you decide to take your own taxi or Uber from another area, such as Puerto Vallarta or Punta de Mita, please remember that your driver is likely unfamiliar with our location. Google Maps is not entirely accurate in our area since it is unaware of certain roads that are not passable by car. To help ensure a smooth arrival, we recommend downloading these directions prior to your trip and show them to your driver:

Arrival Day Communication
For each retreat, we have a contact person on-site assigned to your arrival. They will be in touch with you via WhatsApp in the days leading up to your retreat to ensure that the details of your flight have been received and to confirm your shuttle or private transportation arrangements.
Airport Shuttle Pickup
When your flight arrives at PVR, you will go through a two-step immigration and customs process that can take 20 minutes to 1+ hours, depending on how busy it is at that time. Once you have collected your luggage and passed both checkpoints, you will walk past all of the indoor taxi stalls and exit the airport through the glass doors to your left as you exit the secure area.
Once you are out of the airport, you will head towards the left side of the parking lot to the convenience store called OXXO (still within the parking lot). In front of that building, you will see your driver with a sign saying "Rē Group".
